Issues Adding Team Members


This article highlights common issues when adding members to a team or organization in Friday.

A common problem when adding team members to your company or team Friday is that a team member will signup for an account without using the direct link to their company or team. This causes the team member to be disconnected from the company or team they wish to be apart of. It is important to invite team members via direct email or link. 


If a team member created an account without a link from a company or team then they will not be able to connect. Have the team member delete the account they created and create a new account using the link sent from their company or team

For companies or teams that integrate Friday with Slack or Microsoft Teams, the same email address must be used to register for Friday that is used for the Slack or Teams account
